RATES FOR 2005
Prices per week including taxes
£395 (November to March)
£450 (April to June and September, October)
£550 (July, August and Christmas)
£615 (Easter)

TERMS
DEPOSIT: A 30% deposit is required for each week booked, this is non-refundable in the event of cancellation
BALANCE: The balance is due ten weeks before departure.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: £150.00 will be requested along with your balance to be refunded within 28 days of returning home.
POOL HEAT: If required may be requested at the time of booking and paid for within the final balance - In the event pool heat is requested and paid for we cannot guarantee the temperature of the pool as this will vary according to several factors the main one being the prevailing weather conditions.
